The Navigation and Safety Bylaws cover the rules and regulations for activities in the Hawke’s Bay marine coastal area, plus several rivers. These do not include Lake Waikaremoana or Waikareiti which are administered by the Department of Conservation.
This document also includes location specific information and maps for boat access lanes on several beaches.
