Past Big Picture Issues

The Big Picture is the Council’s newspaper which is distributed to all households in Hawke’s Bay 4 times a year. It has news and information on Council work, our planning development, the environment, and what many people are doing around the region to make for a better future. There’s even a page with news and fun stuff for kids!

Special editions are produced twice a year to provide you with information on Council management – in April the Draft Annual Plan summary is included for public information and consultation, and in October the Annual Report is summarised. (These should be read with reference to the Audit Office information.)

If you would like a copy (see how to order publications) or if there’s something you would like to read about in the newspaper, please contact the editor on bigpicture@hbrc.govt.nz.
