The five yearly State of the Environment Report is produced by Hawke’s Bay Regional Council so that people have a useful means of assessing longer term changes in their environment and the effect these may have on their lives and businesses. These reports are also used to assist in the review of planning documents, resource investigations and research directions. Every five years we are required to produce a comprehensive five-yearly state of the environment report. Detailed technical reports are also available that underpin the 5 yearly summary reports.
