2026/2027 rates calculation

Thanks for your patience while we work on getting the 2026/27 rates calculator up and running. Please note that any figure provided by the calculator will be an estimate, as the rates will not be finalised until Council has adopted the Annual Plan 2026-27 later in June.

• Invoices are due to be sent from 10 August 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Find your rates

You can search Hawke's Bay properties by address or valuation number to find out rates information* such as: current rates, rates history, how rates are spent, rates rebates, valuations and proposed rates for the future. You can also find your valuation number using this tool by entering your address.

Key:

Codes are used on rates invoices to explain different lines on the invoice, and they are found on the back of the document.

L – Land Value

U – Uniform Targeted Rate

C – Capital Value

A – Area (Hectares)
