We are seeking a customer focused, solution driven superstar to join our People and Capability Team. This is a truly varied and exciting full-time role that will suit someone looking to progress their career within human resources and health and safety.

The People and Capability Coordinator plays a key role in delivering support to the People and Capability Team, Managers and staff.  This varied role will get involved within the full spectrum of human resources and health and safety, with a focus on coordinating key events throughout the year, documentation management and administration. 

The preferred candidate will be a highly organised coordinator/administrator who has a passion for people and a drive for excellence.  You will be accurate, pay high attention to detail and have strong IT skills.  You will also be a self-starter who enjoys getting ‘stuck in’ and have an understanding of NZ employment and health and safety legislation, ideally through a role in human resources or health and safety.
