Comments, compliments or complaints
Your feedback is very important to us as we are committed to providing a quality service as outlined in our customer promise. We are interested in hearing about what you found good and not so good, and any suggestions you may have for improvement.
What happens to the feedback?
All feedback is summarised and reported to the Group Manager that the feedback is relevant to. We use feedback to help us improve. This is part of our continuous improvement policy.

What if I want to make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about the Council’s standard of service, actions or lack of actions by staff, you can use the form below or you can submit your complaint by letter to: Private Bag 6006, Napier 4142 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are committed to ensuring that your complaint is attended to quickly, handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, and investigated thoroughly. On receipt, your complaint will be directed to the Chief Executive for acknowledgement, action and response.
