What next?

Any person who made a submission on Proposed Plan Change 9 may appeal to the Environment Court in respect of the decisions on submissions. 

A notice of appeal must be prepared in accordance with Form 7 and lodged with the Environment Court within 30 working days of the decision being publicly notified. For clarity Proposed Plan Change 9 is not a freshwater planning instrument as described in Form 7

Any appeals received will be uploaded to this webpage.
