Performance & Data Analyst

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Performance & Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Performance Team. The role of Performance and Data Analyst is to help visualise performance data to drive improved service delivery and achieve business goals, and provide relevant, professional input to ensure the Strategy & Governance section achieves its objectives. You would also be supporting the Climate Action Ambassador by providing analytical support to progress the climate action programme. The role of Performance and Data Analyst is integral to performance reporting and will work across HBRC.

 

About you:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional with a can-do attitude who is ready to initiate and deliver improvements to our reporting. You will be an advanced Excel and/or PowerBI user, who is comfortable working with different datasets. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised individual with great attention to detail.

The successful candidate will ideally possess and demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role/relevant industry
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to produce high quality reported data.

The salary range for this role is $66.06 -$73,400 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. This is a full time role but we would consider reduced hours to suit the right candidate.
