We are looking for a Rates Revenue Officer to join our Finance team, which is responsible for the overall financial functions of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council.
The Rates Revenue Officer is responsible for processing and reconciling payments and financial transactions, and through a wide range of activities, contributes to the maintenance and integrity of the rates database. Within the rates team, the Rates Revenue Officer responds to information requests and queries from ratepayers and other industry groups.

You will be experienced in providing excellence in customer service, a great listener, and a clear communicator. You will be resilient under pressure, and able to work flexibly within a team environment. Your attention to detail is second to none, and this is reflected in the accuracy of your work.
