About The opportunity | Ko te āheinga:

As a Finance Administrator at HBRC, you will play a critical role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing bank transactions & reconciliations, providing support to leasehold, and supporting our accounts payable and receivable functions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our company, while developing your finance skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. There is even the opportunity to take on some project work to keep your day varied and interesting! You will also need to be comfortable performing general administrative tasks related to finance as required.

 

About you | E pā ana ki a koe:

We need someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented; a finance professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency. You'll show a 'can do' attitude, be able to hit the ground running, have a strong work ethic, and love being part of an enthusiastic and passionate team. Collaboration is a must!

 

Other essential skills for this role are:

  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced and changeable environment.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organise and co-ordinate work to ensure that goals are achieved with the highest quality of work possible within agreed timeframes.
  • An excellent standard of written and verbal communication that enables you to effectively convey technical information to end users.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role/relevant industry (accounting and systems).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other database and information management systems.
  • Experience in working with financial reporting systems and requirements. 

 

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $59,130 - $65,700 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
