About The opportunity | Ko te āheinga:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager Regional Projects and the broader project management team.  The primary focus of this team is executing a portfolio of capital infrastructure projects within predetermined timeframes and budgetary constraints. As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing high-quality assistance and administrative support that drives the success of our project initiatives.

 

About you | E pā ana ki a koe:

As our ideal candidate for the Personal Assistant role, you are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary function will be to support and empower the team to undertake their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project management initiatives by offering confidential and top-tier administrative services across various complex issues. Your proficiency in the MS Office suite, coupled with your strong organisational and time-management abilities, enables you to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly.

Ideally you will also have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience, including providing support to senior managers or executives in environments where confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment, is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality executive support efficiently and effectively
  • Previous experience working within the local government sector is preferred
  • Previous experience working within an infrastructure focused team is highly desirable
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to keep up with the ever-changing nature of HBRC.

 

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $64,350 to $71,500 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
