Hawke’s Bay Regional Council today formally adopted its Annual Plan for 2025–26, following council deliberations held in late May and early June 2025. With today’s adoption, rates are officially set at an average increase of 9.9 percent.
The Regional Council also adopted the Regional Public Transport Plan 2025-2035.
