HBRC is looking for a well organised, proactive, customer support extraordinaire with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to provide exceptional service to meet the basic administration needs of the HBRC staff.
It is essential applicants have the ability to be flexible and manage their time effectively, as day-to-day duties are varied within our busy Corporate Support team.
This is a permanent role for 40 hours per week. The role is responsible for providing administrative support to Council staff, organising meeting catering and cafeteria requirements and will be required to fill in for the Receptionist and other Corporate Support roles from time to time.
