Hawke’s Bay Regional Council is looking for a confident and dynamic Team Leader to lead the Central Catchment Management Team. This challenging role requires an experienced leader who can drive change and lead a high performing team.

Based in Napier you will be part of a supportive environment and great team culture. The Catchment Management Team spans over three locations with your primary responsibility being the Mid-
Hawke’s Bay Catchments.

The Catchment Management Team engages with land owners and catchment communities to negotiate, design and implement successful and sustainable solutions on land, for the water quality issues that exist in catchments.

The role requires you to positively lead the Central Catchment Management Team and be accountable for the coordination of the work and delivery of the outputs for which they are responsible.

As Catchment Team Leader you will work closely with the Catchment Manager in the coordination and leadership of the catchment advisors to achieve the outcomes indicated in the Central Catchments, Integrated Catchment Management Plan.
