The 2018 goBay Passenger Survey will be underway between 1-24 August.
This is your opportunity to give feedback on the goBay public transport network. So whether you’re a regular passenger or an occasional passenger feel free to share your thoughts on the goBay bus services with us.
Are you happy with the services? Do you think bus fares are good value for money? Are the bus drivers helpful? Would you recommend the goBay service to a friend or relative?
Taking part is easy! You can complete the survey online HERE, ask your bus driver for a survey form, or call into the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council reception at 159 Dalton Street and pick one up.
The survey will only take a few minutes of your time and can be completed anonymously, but if you would like to enter the draw for a goBay smartcard loaded with $50 worth of travel, you’ll need to add your name and address.
