We currently have an exciting opportunity for a smart, proactive, ‘can do’ person who is able to unleash their exceptional customer service, time management and problem solving skills in our small and positive minded Information & Communication Technology (ICT) team. This is a permanent role for 40 hours per week. The role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service coupled with superior desktop support to 220 internal customers. You will be the face of the team and responsible for effective and timely completion of all level 1 & 2 hardware and software service requests.
