HARBOURMASTER NOTICE
Temporary Exclusion Zone -  Hardinge Road Beach, Ahuriri

In accordance with the Navigation Safety Bylaw 2018, Hardinge Road swim area from Perfume Point to end of the swim area buoys is reserved for the Napier Port Harbour to Hills Triathlon event from:

6.45am to 8.30am Sunday 7 April 2019.

For safety reasons, the race area is closed to all unauthorised water craft, net or line fishing, swimming or any other water activity likely to interfere with the event, except as directed by race officials. Speed restrictions are temporarily uplifted within the Hardinge Road swim area as Surf Lifesaving’s IRB may be required to travel at higher than the 5 knot speed limit for emergencies.
