Proposed TANK Plan for Heretaunga Plains waterways – Plan Change 9
Hawkes Bay Regional Resource Management Plan Notified 2 May 2020

The Plan for the Heretaunga Plains waterways and aquifer – Plan Change 9 – proposes to introduce new provisions for the management of land and water in the Tūtaekurī, Ahuriri, Ngaruroro and Karamū catchments into the Regional Resource Management Plan.

The closing date for submissions has been extended to 14 August 2020.

Submissions now close at 5.00pm on Friday 14 August 2020.

The TANK Plan (Plan Change 9) and its supporting Section 32 report can be viewed at, or at public libraries in Napier and Hastings, at Hawke’s Bay Regional Council, 159 Dalton Street, Napier or 280 Guppy Road, Taradale.
