We are seeking two solution driven people as Senior Catchment Advisors to join our Catchments Policy Implementation Team. These are varied and exciting full-time roles that will suit people looking to assist in connecting communities to catchment issues and developing initiatives that support engagement, solutions and progress to better catchment outcomes.

We have two roles available currently, one based in Napier and another based in Waipawa.

The Senior Catchment Advisors (Policy Implementation) will work with the community and with partners in other organisations to support initiation and growth of motivated catchment collectives towards becoming self-sustaining.

The preferred candidate will have excellent knowledge of pathways of nutrient and contaminant loss from land to water, as well as farming and growing systems, and knowledge of rural issues. Preferably five years post qualification experience in sustainable land management or similar.
