 The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council is seeking applications for a Sustainable Home Administrator to join a great team of people in our Finance team. This role is designed to be a support role for our Sustainable Homes Programme, providing administrative support to the team and great customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

 About the Opportunity:

 The key objectives of the role are:

• Provide excellent customer service and be a point of contact to ratepayers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• To support the Sustainable Homes application process
• To ensure data integrity of the programme
• Be responsible for the maintenance of programme related data bases and documentation

 About you:

The successful candidate will ideally possess and demonstrate the following competencies:

• Proven experience in customer service and administration
• A can-do attitude and be self-motivated
• Sound communication skills both verbal and written
• Valid full drivers’ licence

This is a permanent part-time position
