Hawke’s Bay Regional Councillors held public hearings about its Revenue and Finance Policy on Tuesday.
Eleven members of the public, some making individual presentations and others representing organisations and businesses, took the opportunity to speak.
Councillors will take their verbal submissions and the 541 written submissions previously submitted online into consideration when they next meet in late February.
