You can apply here to pay your Hawke's Bay Regional Council rates by Direct Debit which is the easiest way to pay, as you don’t need to adjust your payment amounts each year.
Direct Debit is the easiest way to set up your payments as you don’t need to adjust your payment amounts each year. We can arrange a Direct Debit option to spread your rates payment, with 3 equal monthly deductions at the end of November, December and January. Or you can pay a single amount at the end of January. You can use the online form for up to 3 properties. If you have more to set up complete the form again.
Sign up for Direct Debit by January 2019 and you are in to win and emergency water tank. There are two draws each month from September - one for newly registered ratepayers and one for ratepayers who have already signed up for it. If you wish to purchase one instead please go to Napier City Council - https://eservices.napier.govt.nz/online-services/new/payment-cd-water-tanks/step/1
If you prefer to complete the DD form by hand rather than online, click here for a printable DD form. Please ensure you complete a separate form for each property.
