Are you a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a passion for driving ICT excellence across an organisation? Join our dynamic Projects & Solutions team who are a dedicated group committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation. With a focus on driving technological advancements and improving business processes, they work collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead and contribute to successful ICT projects, conducting in-depth business analysis, and translating complex requirements into practical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst who brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading ICT projects, improving business processes, and effective collaboration across teams. If you are ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to join our team.

Ideally you will also have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proven background in project and change management in ICT is preferable.
  • Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques such as use cases, process modelling, test plans, business case development, and
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to keep up with the ever-changing nature of HBRC. 

 

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary for this role falls within the range of $97,830 to $108,700, depending on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
