Hawke’s Bay Regional Council has received the following applications for resource consents (discharge permits and production land use consent) under the Resource Management Act 1991.

Hawke’s Bay Regional Council has received the following applications for resource consents (discharge permits and production land use consent) under the Resource Management Act 1991. These applications are to replace existing consents associated with the operation of the existing Takapau Wastewater Treatment Plant.  The applications are publicly notified in accordance with section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991.

AUTH-127077-01 Discharge to Water - Takapau Oxidation Pond, Burnside Road, Takapau to discharge treated sewage effluent from the Takapau oxidation pond into or onto water through a land passage system in circumstances where contaminants (or any other contaminants emanating as a result of natural processes from those contaminants) may enter water 
AUTH-127616-01 Production Land Use - Burnside Road, Takapau to operate a farm not complying with activity standards of Rule TT1 and TT2
