About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly capable generalist HR Professional to hit the ground running and support the People and Capability Team on a fixed term basis. There is a lot of growth and development across the organisation and we are on the hunt for someone who has a high level of initiative, is pragmatic and has the ability to have courageous conversations.

Your core responsibility will centre around providing strong advice, guidance and coaching to your business partners  and to ensure we support a “no surprises” approach. In addition to guiding and advising managers on ER issues, you will support and deliver training, recruitment, induction, on-boarding, performance and remuneration.

Ideally you will have solid generalist HR experience, are a people person and have an ability to deliver an excellent service to the organisation. You will have HR systems and policy experience, competence in handling ER related issues, and you will drive people engagement and performance.

You will also have

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Management with strong HR experience
  • Good working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and ER
