About the Opportunity| Ko te āheinga:

We are looking for a Corporate Support Assistant Superstar to join our Corporate Services team. This team ensures the smooth running of HBRC and support with administration and secretarial service to the Group Managers and the wider HBRC staff. The role of the Corporate Support Assistant is to provide day to day support to the organisation through maintenance of office inventory and stocks of office supplies and administrative support for the Corporate Services team. This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity to join a vibrant, fun, dynamic governmental organisation based in a stunning location.

 

About you | E pā ana ki a koe:

You will be responsible for administration duties as well as catering requirements for meetings held at HBRC’s offices. The successful candidate will work closely with a wide variety of people across the business including management, team members, visitors, customers, and contractors. You will be willing to give anything a go, want to work hard to get the job done to a high standard and form excellent relationships with the wider team. It is an ideal role for someone with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills who is detail oriented. 

 

Ideally you will also have:

  • Some experience working in a corporate environment
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver effectively under pressure
  • Experience in general administrative work would be advantageous
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Great customer service skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to keep up with the ever-changing nature of HBRC

 

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $49,500 to $55,000 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
