This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Application Analyst with strong Microsoft Power Apps skills to join the ICT Business Solutions team. This team supports and enhances key business applications that are used across the council, such as Technology One, SharePoint, IRIS and Dynamics CRM. The team is also responsible for process automation (Nintex and Power Automate), report writing (native application functionality and PowerBI), and investigating and implementing new solutions for all business units across council using business analysis and data analysis skills.
This is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours per week. As Business Application Analyst you will engage with the business to deliver first class customer support for some of our key applications, being the first point of contact for the business where you are a Subject Matter Expert, to provide ongoing enhancements, and to understand how we can maximise opportunities for continuous improvement related to key applications and associated business processes. There are opportunities to be assigned to larger projects, and an excellent career path with Intermediate and Senior roles to progress to within the team, as well as other roles within ICT.

The salary range for this role is between $80,280 to $89,200 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
