We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join us as an Executive Assistant to our Te Pou Whakarae. In this position, you will ensure that they are supported by providing comprehensive administrative guidance and calendar management as well as pivotal administrative support for the wider Māori Partnerships team.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a must, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. This is a part time opportunity for 20 hours per week (these hours must be split across 5-days to ensure the needs of the team are met), based in our Napier office.

The ideal person for this role will be comfortable handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Your strong time management, organisation and excellent communication skills will see you shine in this role, really making it your own!
You will be capable of high-level administrative support, including efficiently managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making necessary travel arrangements. You will need to collate papers for executive and external meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, record minutes, and take action points as required.

The salary range for this role is between $64,350 to $71,500 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
